Applicants of Russian, Belarusian, Iranian, Iraqi, Afghan, North Korean, and Cuban nationalities are not accepted by the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Program.
To apply for citizenship under the St. Kitts and Nevis CBI Programme, a main applicant must:
Be at least 18 years old
Make or agree to make a legally prescribed investment or contribution under one of the CBI options
Meet all CBI application requirements, including due diligence checks and financial criteria
Not Eligible A person will not qualify for St. Kitts and Nevis citizenship by Investment if they:
Have been denied citizenship of any country
Have been denied a visa to any country to which citizens of St. Kitts and Nevis have visa-free travel, and has not subsequently obtained a visa to the country that issued the denial;
Have a criminal record;
Are the subject of a criminal investigation;
Have been declared bankrupt within ten years of his or her application; or
Are involved in any activity likely to cause disrepute to St. Kitts and Nevis.
A main applicant may include the following family members as dependants in their application:
The spouse of the main applicant;
Children aged under 18;
Children aged between 18-30 who who are fully supported by the main applicant;
Children aged 18 or over who are physically or mentally challenged; and
Parents of the main applicant or the spouse of the main applicant aged 55 or over, living with and fully supported by the main applicant.
Only Authorised Agents are permitted to submit applications to the St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit. We ensure compliance and provide support at every step of the process.
Applications can be financially sponsored by a parent or child of the sponsored main applicant.
A birth certificate is required to confirm the relationship between the financial sponsor and main applicant.
The following documents will be required from the financial sponsor:
C1 Application Form
Birth Certificate
Letter of Employment and/or Business/Incorporation Documents
Proof of Address Document
A twelve-month bank statement, dated within six months of submission
A bank reference letter
The financial sponsor will be subject to due diligence checks and will incur due diligence fees in addition to the application fees.
Yes, we can make the application on your behalf after you become a citizen.
The Citizenship by Investment Unit can now accept cryptocurrency as a partial source of wealth. There will be an additional due diligence fee associated with this. Please note a separate proof of wealth will be required.
Within 120 to 180 days of the date of acknowledgment by the Unit of a CBI application, the Unit shall notify the Authorised Agent on behalf of the main applicant, that the application has been—
(a) approved-in-principle;
(b) denied; or
(c) delayed for cause and is still being processed.
In any event we will provide regular updates about your application.
The application fees and due diligence fees are required initially. However, you only make your investment/donation once the approval-in-principle letter is issued.
There is a requirement for a mandatory remote (online) interview
The application must be completed in English. All supporting documents that are not originally in English must be translated through the services of a professional translator.

Yes, St. Kitts and Nevis allows dual citizenship and does not require its citizens to renounce their other nationalities.
For children below 16 years old passports are valid for five (5) years. For citizens above 16 years old passports are valid for 10 years.
An Authorised Agent is licensed by the Citizenship by Investment Unit and is authorised to act on behalf of the applicant in relation to an application.
The Citizenship by Substantial Investment Regulations and the associated Citizenship by Investment Unit Act along with their respective amendments, allows an eligible person to acquire citizenship of Saint Kitts & Nevis pursuant to a successful application and upon the payment of a qualifying investment
An individual applying as a main applicant must be 18 years old and over. There is no minimum age for dependent applicants.
There is no limit to the amount of people that can be included in the application if they fall under the dependent category.
The preliminary due diligence, application and professional fees must be directed to us as your Agents. Real estate and other Government fees are also directed to us. The Sustainable Island State Contribution Fund is paid directly to the Government’s escrow account as outlined on your C4 Form.

All fees are non-refundable. However, if there is a denial of your application, the investment fee is no longer due or applicable.
The program does not provide an expedited service since the due diligence checks are robust and must be given time for completion.
No, you do not need to visit St. Kitts-Nevis before, during, or after the application process.
