Request a Change of Name

All citizens of Saint Kitts & Nevis are entitled, under our laws to change their name legally, through the registration of a deed poll. The registered deed poll will allow us to further apply to the Passport Office to have the new name reflected on your passport. Your new passport observation page would reflect that your name was changed.

 

The St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit will no longer be processing applications for name changes to Certificates of Registration. Therefore no change would be made on the Certificate of Registration. 

 

Please note the following documents required in order to make the application:

1. Two passport sized photos

2. Completed passport form (attached)

3. Original passports (could be submitted later after Deed Poll issued)

4. Notarised copies of birth certificates (3 copies)

5. Notarised copies of citizenship certificates (3 copies)

6. Photo ID

7. Deed Poll (we will prepare for applicant's signature)
