Request a Change of Name

The St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Unit will no longer be processing applications for name changes to Certificates of Registration. All required name changes to the passport will be done when the passport application process is being conducted. All relevant documents must be submitted to the Passport Office (including a deed poll), to request the name change. All previous names will be stated on the Observation Page of the new passport.

 

No change would be made on the Certificate of Registration. 

 

Please note the following documents required in order to make the application:

1. Two passport sized photos

2. Completed passport form (attached)

3. Original passports (could be submitted later after Deed Poll issued)

4. Notarised copies of birth certificates (3 copies)

5. Notarised copies of citizenship certificates (3 copies)

6. Photo ID

7. Deed Poll (we will prepare for applicant's signature)
